Is realtor really free?
Yes — for V1, realtor accounts are free with no document cap. We may introduce a paid tier for brokerages (Teams) in V2; existing realtor accounts will be grandfathered.
What counts as a document?
Anything you upload through Smart Upload — PDFs, photos of receipts, warranty cards, MPAC notices. Property Notes (your written knowledge) do not count toward the 15-document cap.
Can I downgrade from Pro to Free?
Yes, anytime. Your document count must be at or below 15 to downgrade (we won't delete documents; you choose which to keep).
Do you sell my data?
No. We are a Canadian company storing data in Canadian Supabase regions. We don't sell user data and don't train AI models on your content. See our DPA summary.
Is the doc cap shared with my realtor?
Yes — documents contributed by your realtor count toward your 15-doc free-tier cap. This protects against accidental cap-busting and motivates the upgrade once your Briefcase fills up.
What if I have multiple properties?
V1 supports one property per homeowner account. Multi-property support is V2 (Pro tier). Realtors have multi-property portfolios from day one.
